Staying Connected to Our Community, Staying Ahead in Real Estate

Agnes Fray, Broker/Owner of Intermix Real Estate Inc., connects with Orange County leadership to stay informed on the issues shaping Central Florida.

Real estate is about more than buying and selling properties. It’s about understanding the communities we live in, the changes happening around us, and how those changes impact homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors.

At Intermix Real Estate Inc., staying involved in our community is an important part of how we serve our clients.

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings at the Orange County Veteran Resource Fair. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and discuss our community, the real estate market, and the needs of those who call Central Florida home.

As a second-generation real estate professional and Broker/Owner of Intermix Real Estate, I believe that understanding our local market goes beyond studying property values and sales statistics. It also means staying connected with local leadership, following county-level developments, understanding community priorities, and recognizing the opportunities and challenges that affect our neighborhoods.

From housing affordability and economic growth to infrastructure, development, and the needs of our veteran community, these are all important factors in understanding the bigger picture of Central Florida real estate.

My goal is simple: to stay informed, stay involved, and use that knowledge to better serve the people who trust me with their real estate decisions.

A special thank you to Mayor Demings for taking the time to connect and for the conversation.

At Intermix Real Estate, we don’t just work in the community. We are part of it.
