Join us for a day of purpose and play at the 37th Annual CFMCF Golf Tournament, where community, camaraderie, and support for our veterans come together. Proceeds from this event help the Marine Corps community in Central Florida—from scholarships and veteran family support to legacy‑building programs.

Intermix Real Estate Inc. is proud to participate in and support the 2025 Yellow Ribbon Expo & Luncheon, hosted by the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s Military Advisory Council. This powerful event brings together REALTORS®, veterans, service members, and nonprofit organizations for a day of connection, education, and advocacy.
Spearheaded by Agnes Fray, this year’s event will feature over 15 veteran- and community-focused nonprofit organizations all under one roof.
Agnes has personally invited and coordinated with these partners to create a space where attendees can:
- Learn about veteran housing support services
- Connect with nonprofit organizations providing local resources
- Network with industry leaders and fellow real estate professionals
- Build lasting partnerships for future outreach
What to Expect:
- A complimentary resource expo open to all ORRA members and community guests
- Tables hosted by veteran service organizations, legal advocates, housing counselors, and more
- Refreshments, music, and a welcoming space to engage and collaborate
- Opportunities to support ongoing veteran initiatives across Central Florida

Fireworks at the Fountain – 4th of July Celebration
Friday, July 4, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Lake Eola Park, Downtown Orlando
Join Intermix Real Estate Inc. as we take part in one of Orlando’s most cherished traditions—the 48th annual Fireworks at the Fountain, hosted by Mayor Buddy Dyer. This year’s celebration also marks Orlando’s 150th anniversary, making the evening even more meaningful for our community.
From 4:00 to 10:00 p.m., enjoy:
- Live music and entertainment
- Family-friendly activities
- A variety of local food and beverage vendors
The grand fireworks finale at 9:10 p.m., set to a live performance by the Orlando Concert Band
Special Appearance:
Our very own broker, Agnes Fray, will be on stage alongside Orlando’s civic leaders to lead the official fireworks countdown and celebrate this incredible day with the community.
Parking and Transportation:
Parking is available throughout Downtown Orlando in surface lots and garages.
Guests are encouraged to use rideshare, LYMMO, carpooling, biking, or public transit.
